Users are responsible for protecting login credentials and for information submitted through their account. Accounts may be suspended for fraud, impersonation, harassment, unauthorized content sharing, or attempts to bypass platform controls.
Practice content
TutoDemy practice questions and reviewers are educational materials. They are not official UPCAT, DCAT, DOST-SEI, or other testing-organization materials, and TutoDemy is not affiliated with those institutions. Users may study and use materials through the platform but may not republish, sell, scrape, or redistribute the banks without written permission.
Tutor approval
Tutor profiles require administrative approval based on submitted information and verification records. Approval does not guarantee a particular teaching outcome, exam result, or uninterrupted availability. Learners and tutors should keep booking communication respectful and avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive information.
The separate Tutor Booking Guidelines form part of these terms. Tutor platform-fee and earnings information is private to the tutor and authorized administrators.
Booking messages
Private messaging opens after tutor acceptance and may be used for schedules, lesson goals, preparation materials, and online-meeting links. Booking participants must not use messages for harassment, sexual content, fraud, solicitation, unsafe arrangements, or sharing unnecessary sensitive information. Authorized administrators may review reported or disputed conversations and may restrict messaging or accounts when needed for safety and policy enforcement.
Safety
Users must not engage in harassment, discrimination, sexual misconduct, academic dishonesty, unsafe in-person arrangements, fraudulent payments, or attempts to move a confirmed platform booking off-platform to bypass booking rules or applicable fees. For minors, a parent or responsible adult should oversee account use and in-person arrangements.
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable
TutoDemy may update content, schedules, tutor status, access rules, and technical features. Device data and cloud data may temporarily differ during connectivity problems. Users should retain copies of information they need.
